Basic Hoof Trimming Disc 105/125 mm

The Basic is a professional hoof trimming disc developed together with professional hoof trimmers to provide fast, precise and efficient hoof processing.

The disc is designed for trimming the sole and interdigital area, without the need for additional tools for the corresponding trimming work.

Its optimised geometry and blade arrangement provide a clean and even cut. The construction is designed to reduce vibration and operating noise while increasing the service life of the cutting elements.

The angled contact surface provides improved control and better ergonomics. This makes the disc easier to handle and supports more precise following of the hoof shape.

The cutting element is made from fine-grain carbide, providing high durability during operation. When no stones or other hard inclusions are encountered, the disc can process up to 600 pairs of hooves.

Thanks to its optimised design, Basic provides up to 40% faster cutting compared with conventional discs, according to the supplied specifications. This makes it a practical choice for farmers and professional hoof trimmers who process a large number of animals.

The disc is available in two diameter options: Ø105 mm and Ø125 mm. Cutting height is 1.5 mm.
